Dad's/Papa's Birthday

We had a little birthday party for Dad at the house! Lance and I picked out one of those singing cards for "Papa". It played "Ring of Fire". Lance kept playing it over and over again. It was hilarious!

I had gotten Mama Helen a basket full of "things she needed" the night before for her birthday. Dad made such a big deal about it that I thought . . . well, I will make him a basket too! He is STILL calling me telling me how it was the best present he had ever gotten and he uses something from it daily. Who knew it would take so little to make him that happy! I love giving presents like that . . . something someone really needs and really enjoys!

After cake and ice cream, Lance and Papa played golf on the Wii. It was a fun night! We enjoyed laughing at Papa trying to get the hang of the Wii remote. Happy Birthday Dad/Papa!!! We love you!
